I think a lot about how I walk and talk because when I walk, I tend to bend over and put my hands in my pockets, which is not how I usually walk. For a while I thought it was just a habit, but when I started practicing walking in front of the mirror, I noticed I actually do it more, like I’m walking sideways. I think this is also a sign of a healthier mind-set, which can be a positive in itself.
I do this a lot, but it’s really just a sign of how I’m stretching the skin and joints in my feet.
