We also found that people who had clenbuterol taken in the afternoon had an increase in sleepiness, with an average decrease in cortisol.

Another way to improve sleep is to take a dose of a sedative called l carnitine, which is actually the active ingredient in the supplement carnitine. This supplement is supposed to help counteract the effects of alcohol, which is thought to decrease the effectiveness of the sedative in people who are on more than a moderate amount of alcohol.
