I want to share with you a new way of seeing the world that’s being increasingly incorporated into the way we experience the world. The term “delts” actually comes from the Latin word for “delt,” so it means “a ‘delta.’ “ The word “delta” is actually a Greek word that means “a second.” In other words, it means our second-self.
The delt is the second-self, our spirit or soul, our inner self that we experience as our physical body. We are experiencing our inner self as the physical body, as our physical body experiences our inner self. The delt is often thought of as being the seat of our emotions, our creativity, our will, our intellect. The delt is generally thought of as being the part of us that is physical.
The delt gives our inner self its form. So, in a way, it’s the physical self, but it’s also the third-self. The third-self is the “inner voice” that’s always with us. The third-self is the part of us that we choose to listen to, to obey, to follow.
That’s because the delt is the inner voice of our inner self. It’s the voice that tells us what to do. It’s the voice that tells us which path to go down. In other words, the delt gives us permission to do what we want to do.
As we’ve seen in our earlier video on how the delt gives us permission to do what we want to do, when we make the decision to not listen to the delt, we can cause ourselves physical harm. Because when we’re not listening to the delt, we’re making decisions based on fear and what we feel is right. We don’t listen to the delt because that part of us is afraid of making the wrong decision.
Another way of saying this is that the delt tells us when we have the right to make decisions. It says in a way that will allow us to make a decision in a safe environment. It says in a way that wont put us in danger. It says in a way that wont make us feel more of a fool than we already do. As you may have already noticed, the delt is the most important part of the path to the delt.

For me, it’s hard to describe the delt to you because my word usage is so awkward and clunky, but if you can imagine it, it’s like a big blue, round, triangular thing in front of you. When I get it wrong, it’s like a huge, huge lump of blue that’s really hard to move around, but I just can’t seem to get it right. And yet, I believe I’ve finally figured out the path to the delt.
