dry scooping creatine

While I am not a fan of creatine, I do believe it can be used to strengthen you physically. It is used to increase the rate at which muscles recover so, when used topically, its results can last for longer periods of time. While I don’t recommend you increase your creatine by a large amount, I do believe it is a great complement to other exercise programs.

Creatine is an amino acid that is found in your muscles. The body converts some of it into glycogen, the basic form of glucose that is stored as a part of the cell. In order to store glycogen, you need to convert a portion of the amino acid into glucose. A healthy cell has approximately 10 grams of glycogen.
