If you want to compete in a sport, it helps to have an overall body that has some muscle mass. If you’re looking for your best body, you can’t go wrong with football player physiques. It’s not a complete body, but it’s not a complete mess either.

That’s a good point. If you’re like most people, you probably aren’t a super strong “franchise” type. But your core needs to be strong, which means that the muscles in your back have to be strong enough to support you in your everyday life. This is why so many men take up weightlifters or bodybuilders, and many of them look like they’ve got a ton of ripped abs.
It’s also part of your diet. You can go to a doctor if you dont have enough fat to deal with, or if youre a big fat man, you can go to a gym and take your fat out. It’s much easier to get fat free, and you have to get over your head of it.
So that part of the equation doesn’t really help you, but you can still get ripped by lifting heavy things. If your muscles are well-trained they can be used to help with your weightlifting, and you can start eating foods that strengthen your muscles.
