I actually have a lot of hacks I do to get my body to do what it needs to do for a certain amount of time. That being said, I don’t go to the gym to make myself look better, I go to the gym to get stronger.
Some people like to think they need to get stronger to be more fit. This is completely wrong. There are many people who workout as a form of self-improvement, but they are not getting stronger. When I work out, I’m not getting stronger. I’m simply getting stronger and more fit. I don’t need to be the best athlete or the fastest runner to be a better athlete or better runner.
But I believe that if you dont need to be a speed runner to be a better athlete (and better runner), you should use the same fitness routine you use to improve your physique. Some people like to think that they need to get stronger to be more fit. However, some people dont, and they are a bit more fit when they have to use the same fitness routine.
It’s all about the “fit” part. A lot of people have no problem with doing the same thing the same way over and over and over again. However, if it takes too long to get to a desired level, then that is when the fitness routine needs to change.
