This recipe makes for yummy, healthy sausage rolls that you can use for your next lunch or a snack.
The sausage is ground up in a meat grinder and then mixed with a little flour. It is then rolled into sausage-shaped balls. You can either eat the sausage balls as they are or put them in a skillet and cook them. You can also use them as “sausage patties” or as a snack if you want to, but I’m not sure what you would need a recipe for.
I don’t have a recipe for healthy sausage rolls, but I do love a good sausage roll.
