The majority of our daily activities revolve around our physical needs, our emotions, and our mental state. With that in mind, I’d like to discuss how many days a week you can do leg work.
Well, if you’re a runner you should do five days a week. If you’re a swimmer you should be doing as many as you can. If you’re a baker you should be running that many. If you’re an accountant you shouldn’t be doing that much. If you’re a social worker you should be running at least seven or eight. If you’re a musician you should be doing at least ten. If you’re a programmer you should be doing at least eleven.
Most people think that running five days a week is a bad idea, and even though you should be doing the same amount of work as you would do a week at work, it really won’t matter if you don’t. In actuality in the world of work there are times when you can do a lot more work, but it all depends on the work you’re doing. If you’re not getting enough sleep, you should be doing more work.
In a world where work is so busy you dont have time to socialize, it is inevitable that you will have a bit of a break. One of the biggest things that a person needs is time to think about their day. But while you can be productive at work, it is possible to be productive in your day too. I know i am. And while you can do a lot more at work, it doesnt mean that you should do more too.
I know that many of you are already using your free time productively, but when you spend your free time in your own home, it can be a great way to use that time to do what you want to do. If you have a few hours a week where you can have a few minutes to yourself, then you are more likely to have a productive day.
Many of my clients are already using their time off to do the things that they enjoy. But sometimes, especially if you have kids or a full-time job, that is not the best use of your time. I get emails from women who are working from home and have been for a while and they told me that they often find that they cant even get to the gym in time.
This is why I recommend that you take shorter breaks than you think you need. But it doesn’t mean that you have to be limited to “just” one hour of “workout” a week.
That is definitely not true. It also doesnt mean that you have to stop doing all of your workouts in a week and then start all over a week later. Just do your normal cardio workouts for 1-2 days and then do your legs workouts for the other 2. If you feel like you can do both, do that 1-2 days. If that doesnt feel right, then do your legs workouts and then do the cardio workouts.
The idea is to get your leg muscles in good shape. But the workouts should be a balanced mix of different types of cardio, weights, and flexibility workouts. You may want to try one of these ideas on a trial basis first to see how they work for you.
