Sometimes I’m claustrophobic. I’ve spent a significant portion of my adult life living in a home that seemed to be built to contain you. My home was designed to be your safety and your sanctuary.
There are plenty of great homes that are built to contain you as well. I know I’ve seen a lot of people who have claustrophobia, but it’s so hard to be safe in your own home. The reason I say this is because it takes a very strong, determined person to say, “That isn’t me.
Unfortunately, that’s not always the case. You can be claustrophobic and have a nice home and enjoy your life, but you can also have a claustrophobic fear of your own home. Many people with claustrophobia also have a fear of the outside world and the things they see around them.
I used to be in the same boat, but I think it’s different when you have claustrophobia about your own home. When you have a fear of open spaces (like the outdoors), you’re not afraid of being caught in an elevator or falling off a cliff, and you aren’t afraid of being trapped in a bad situation.
Well, the good news is that you can now have a fear of your own home. I know I’m not the first person to be in this boat, and I’m not the last, but I see the point. With a fear of your home, you have to be conscious of what you’re doing. For example, if youre worried about the possibility of being trapped in your own home, you have to make sure that you don’t do any of the things that you fear.
Some people just dont care, or they care so little about their surroundings that they dont think twice when they walk into a room. And some people are so paranoid about getting caught in their own home that they really dont care if they get caught. This is a person who might feel like their house is the perfect place to live, but still a little bit afraid of it. And that is why they might be afraid to go down to the basement.
So how do you take this fear of the basement out of yourself? The first thing to do is to realize that there is nothing scary in a basement. It is a place where you can go to feel safe, but that is not the point. The point is that you are not going to get caught. And the best way to take off any fear of the basement is to look at what is actually happening to you.

The second is to realize that the first three steps to take are not always the most difficult, and that you will probably overcome a lot of fear.
