As the title suggests, I’m all about incline dumbbell curls. It’s a common exercise that’s been added to many gyms and fitness centers for years, but it’s a relatively new addition to cardio. The only problem with them is that there is no official way to do them for most of us. You can do them with a trampoline, but they aren’t as effective.

This is why a lot of people choose to do a few curls using a dumbbell or a barbell. It’s an easy and effective method to get a good workout in a relatively short period of time, plus it’s cheap. You can do it with the incline and the plank/incline dumbbells, or you can do it with a barbell and the incline dumbbells. Regardless, there’s no reason not to try.
