is creatine banned by ncaa

It’s official. This is not a joke. I get it. That’s what you came here for.

Creatine, or Creatine Monohydrate, is a supplement taken by athletes to improve muscle growth and endurance. But before you start making up your own rules about when you can use it, here’s what you can’t use it for. Creatine is a precursor to muscle-building creatine and is used by athletes in training. There’s some research showing it can actually cause you to gain weight, increase your blood pressure, and increase your risk for heart attack and strokes.

While I really like creatine, I strongly disagree with ncaa’s stance that it can cause you to gain weight. I used a dose of it to keep myself in shape and it felt great. I didn’t gain weight, and I didn’t have any dangerous side effects. So yea, I dont see how your right. Thats just how it is.

I think it is really important for anyone to understand the difference between what is allowed and what is banned. I don’t agree with the ncaa stance that it can cause you to gain weight. But I dont disagree that it could cause you to gain weight. The only difference between the two is whether your body uses the creatine or not. I think if you eat a lot of healthy, organic, and fresh food you can eat creatine and not gain weight.

I think it’s pretty clear that if you’re eating enough creatine you shouldn’t be gaining weight. And if you’re getting it from a food-based product you shouldn’t be gaining weight either.

I can see the point of creatine as a supplement so you dont have to eat a lot of the stuff. This means if youre getting a bunch of creatine that willnt be for you to eat.

I agree. It doesn’t make any sense to me that taking creatine would cause you to gain weight when you know that your body does not have the ability to store it.

The answer for why creatine is banned in the NCAA is a little trickier. As you can see in the infographic below, the NCAA is the only agency that banned it because of concerns that creatine could cause athletes to train too hard and burn out. In fact, the NCAA was the first to ban it.

The NCAA is a part of the NCAA and it’s part of the NCAA in that they have a program that is also part of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and the NCAA Board of Directors. They’re also a part of the NCAA and they’re also the only agency that has not banned creatine.

I’m pretty sure youre about to be the first to say something like this. The NCAA ban was a very public decision and this isn’t because of some people’s feelings, but because of the fact that creatine is banned by the NCAA. It would be very cool if someone would just get to the bottom of it and get some publicity for it.
