I think this food diary is the kind of thing that should make people want to start doing something about it. I’ve been on a journey to becoming more self-aware, so this is a great thing to get me started. I want to create a space to document my thoughts, feelings, insights, and recipes. This is my attempt to help create this space.

But if youre going to do it, then you must be very good at it.

The most important thing is that you take advantage of the whey diary to try and stay on top of your food intake, but not to the point of overeating. The whey diary is also great for keeping track of your weight, so you can see how well you’re doing.
