But really, the way to get rid of the self-consciousness about looking like a fool is by trying to be like that in as few places as possible. It isn’t hard to be a slob, or to cut your hair, for instance. These things seem like easy things to do on the surface, but once you become one, it is a different matter.

It seems like a lot of people are trying to do the opposite of what they are trying to do. In the case of gym-goers, they are trying to look like people who are really working out, not lazy people who are trying to look like they are actually working out.

If you need to look like you are working out, you need to make sure you are eating enough to look like you are working out. When you are trying to look like you are working out, you don’t need to go to the gym. In fact, the only time gym-goers are allowed to go to the gym is if they want to get some kind of body-building workout.
