Salt is definitely a good thing to keep track of. It helps you lose fat, maintain muscle, and keep blood pressure levels under control. If you are not losing fat, it will make you gain it. It is always a good idea to check the salt content of your body fluids and make sure you are not drinking too much.
You have to be sure to read the label on everything you put into your body, whether it is salt, sugar, or any other substance. Some products have labels that are deceptive, while others are just plain misleading. Some can be dangerous, and you should never drink or eat them.
I’m not saying you shouldn’t drink anything, but you should be sure to read the label. It will probably be something like “Dietary Supplement, Salt.” The same goes for any product that you use to get in shape, like protein powder, or supplements.

It’s really important to keep everything we use clean and safe. A lot of people just assume that if something is clean it will do the job it is supposed to.
If you are a large company and you go to a gym and you take your supplements for a few weeks then you start to feel a bit like you are in an environment where you are wearing clothes that you don’t want to live in.
