I first discovered this movement while trying to get comfortable walking on my chest, and I have been practicing it for years. It’s a nice stretch, one that I use to bring my back into a more vertical position, and it’s a great way to stretch my arms and legs.
I have to say I love the idea of standing upward chest fly (or any fly for that matter), and the fact that it is so easy to do. I especially like the way it stretches your arms and legs, and it does that by putting your arms and legs into a vertical position, and then bending your elbows. This is probably one of the easiest fly forms I’ve found, and I love it because I find it to be my favorite form of exercise.
I was fortunate enough to get a chance to work on a fly form with the guy who brought us in the first game. He told me it was a pretty high-flying form, but it’s actually very easy. And it’s a very good exercise for building muscle and using your upper body muscles, too. As long as you’re careful not to be too high and too far away from the ground.

The best part about flying these forms is that you can only move up and down in the air. So if you want to take a ride in a helicopter or something, all you need to do is climb up and fly down.
