I’ve always liked the thigh squeeze machine, but only ever had one. It’s the one that the band The Flock has put out for me to use. I have my own unique take on the machine, but I like the feeling of squeezing my own thighs with a big, wet, thick rubber band. If you have an idea of what works for you, this is the one to try.

I don’t use any of the new tricks we have so far, but I just wanted to remind you that this is not a gimmick. No one would ever use a leg to pull the belt or a strap around the ankle, but in my experience the leg will be the same length for a few minutes and then the belt will be applied to the ankle.
