I have no idea how to classify the two. So let’s put them into three categories.
Vegans: In theory, whey protein is an equal-opportunity source of protein. If you are lactose intolerant, many people have the mistaken belief that they can still enjoy dairy without causing any problems. While there is still a debate as to whether or not you should be lactose intolerant, there are some very good reasons as to why whey protein is best for you.
