I tend to do and yes, i do think that taking out a coffee can help, but I just don’t want to stop doing this. I just didn’t do it because in my heart I’ve thought about it before and I just didn’t want to.

It’s because of a study conducted by an Australian psychologist, which found that as you do more and more of these things, they start to hurt more and more. I think it’s because as we get more and more done, we feel more and more free. I think that’s why we feel better after exercising. We’re not just doing this because we feel good, but because we have the feeling of freedom.

The problem with using social media and blogging is that is has no effect on how you look. We can change just about anything we want to, and it’s fine then. But it’s not a game changer.
