I like to think I’m a nonresponder. I know I’m not always. But, this is me being real.
It’s funny because I usually get a ton of emails asking me to share my workout habits. I’ve been known to share my workouts in a couple of different ways.
It’s true. Most of us (and I’m not just talking about people who are running, yoga, or Pilates) do a couple of different workouts at a routine, even if each workout is only a few minutes. It’s a way to keep busy, and it allows us to change what we need to be doing to keep our bodies in tune.
While many of us have been doing the same workout for years, we do it on different days or in different ways. For example, I do a cardio routine that uses interval training to get cardio going. And I can work out in the morning with a specific goal in mind, or I can do a few different cardio routines and work out each one to its highest level.
This is a very basic idea and one that I’ve talked about many times, but I will talk more about it in the next video. But as I mention in the video, it’s something that I have seen and used myself in the past. I also mentioned that I have a “set” workout. That means that I never change my workout routine for weeks or months. I just stick with it.
If you want to go into an environment where you’re supposed to be doing what you want, then you can do it for a few days, but in an environment where you’re supposed to be doing what you want, you can do it for a few weeks, but in an environment where you’re supposed to be doing what you want, you only do it for a few days.
The main reason I don’t do the workout is because I don’t like that my workout is so easy, so much so that I’ve been spending more time just enjoying the freedom that it gives me. I know that. I know that I can go into an environment where I’m supposed to be doing what I want and I can do it for a few days, but I just don’t like it.
Of course, it was also about to become the ‘not that easy’ workout. While most of us are used to working out, with the exception of yoga, most workouts are just not easy. As it turns out, the reason most workouts are hard is because theyre supposed to be hard. The reason most workouts dont involve getting a workout or the bodyweight routine is because theyrent supposed to.
Workouts are supposed to be hard because theyre supposed to be hard. But when you do them wrong, you end up with a workout that isnt hard. At least not for the majority of people. If we know something about workout, like that itis supposed to be hard and that it can hurt your body, we can know that itre likely a workout that isnt very enjoyable for most people.
The fact is that there are so many ways that you can hurt yourself if you dont do it properly. If youre a couch potato, you can get into a dead sprint that is very hard to recover from because it takes you long to recover from. If youre a runner, you can get into a sprint that is very hard to recover from because it takes you very long to recover from.
