I think self-awareness is really important for our wellbeing and for our health. In fact, I think we are so used to being so good at controlling so much that we are blind to the importance of self-awareness.
When it comes to self-awareness, I think it’s important to understand that we’re all different and we all have different levels. This means that we have different types of awareness. Some of us have the highest and most profound self-awareness. Others have the least. Some of us have a really vivid awareness of our environment. Others are aware of only our own thoughts. Some of us have a sense of self-worth and can put it to good use by taking care of ourselves.
