saltwater pre workout


My workouts consist solely of weight lifting and cardio. They are my way of “training the brain,” and I love the intense burn I feel from working out. But it’s all about the nutrition, and my protein intake is what has helped me the most in my workouts. By incorporating a protein source into my workouts, I’ve been able to maintain a healthy and lean body weight while taking on the world’s most difficult cardio workouts.

After reading that article, I made an exception to my normal workout routine and went to the gym. I did some research, and I found that the best way to lose weight is by incorporating a high-protein meal before you hit the gym. This meal should have 1-2 grams of protein, 1.25-2 grams of carbs, and 1-2 grams of fat. You get the idea… a high-protein meal before exercise is the way to go.
