I am usually a little lazy and usually have a lot of time to sit down and chew on the food. My favorite thing to do is to eat a couple of things each day. Just because something is on autopilot, I suppose I don’t have to keep up with everything and keep it up.
In my defense, I am a lazy person and have been known to take at least three days off a week to do things like that. But some of us are also more serious about our health, which might not be something you are keen on seeing in your day-to-day life. So you know that you need to take more “leg days” and “week days” to get your body and mind in check.
In the video below, we learn that this is an intentional way to ensure your health. It’s true that we know how to eat and what’s healthy, but it’s also true that we don’t have to make our decisions for ourselves. Our bodies are a complicated thing in that it has lots of different functions. We cannot help ourselves but to use our brains when we need to.
Yes, your body has different functions to keep you alive and healthy so that you can be active all day long. But you don’t have to eat to do this. You can also do your own exercise and be active yourself. So the next time you get a day off, go for a walk and see what your body is doing. If it doesn’t feel good, stop it. If it doesn’t feel good, start it again.
It can be hard to tell yourself to stop worrying about things because then you start worrying more about them. I know that’s one of the ways I can tell myself to stop worrying. I have to stop worrying about the fact that I have to take a day off because I feel like I don’t deserve to be at home where I spend most of my time. I have to stop worrying that my wife will stop loving me if I take a day off because I worry I’m not good enough.
I know I am a workaholic and that I worry too much about those things, but I also know that I have to just worry about one thing at a time. I know I can be a workaholic because I think I am, but I also know that I have to just worry about what I can do for myself and not worry about what I cant do.
I’m not sure I can put myself in a position to think about what I can do with my new life after leaving my job. I have no idea if I want to be better for my wife or my kid.
I think the fact that you have to worry about more than one thing at a time is a great reminder that you need to stop worrying about one thing and start worrying about everything you can do. What can you do for yourself? Your priorities, your family, your friends, and your work are all good things because they make you happy. But you are also what you do.
