My own body is a tool I am constantly using. My job requires me to lift heavy things, push people, and carry out people who need to lift and push. I am constantly lifting, pushing, and carrying my body through the gym and the various work environments that I work in everyday, whether it is a desk job or an office. While I do my body a disservice by using it solely for its function, I do use my body as a tool.
I have a long list of other things I use my body for. I have an extensive history of using the body as a weapon, as well as a lot of other things you’ll see in this video. But if you’re not thinking about the body as a tool, you will probably think about it as just a tool.
My wife, Laura, and I would like to make a new video series called the “The Powerlifter’s Body.” We want to show you the many things that we use our body for and show how they are used for positive and productive purposes. Laura and I are not powerlifters, but we are powerlifters in our own right. Many of us have powerlifters bodies and a lot of the things that we do are basic and common body functions, like taking a dump, standing up, and standing in a shower. These body functions are not hard. They are very simple to pick up and perform. We take a dump in the shower everyday and we stand up in a shower everyday. And we stand in a shower everyday when we are standing up.
And that’s all we do. We take a shower everyday in the morning and we stand up in a shower every day when we are standing up. A lot of people do their exercise routine in the gym, but not much. We exercise everyday in the gym. We just do it on our own.
It all comes down to how you view exercise. The gym is the pinnacle of fitness because you are exercising with the idea of improving yourself. You are exercising to a point where you can run marathons, lift weights, and do anything else you want to do. I am a fitness instructor with a business degree and a business degree in life and I would say that its because of the mindset and the motivation that most people can go to the gym to get better.
That’s right. Most people do it for a couple of hours a day. That’s great! But think about the number of people that are not getting any fitness training at all. And by “not getting any” I mean you are not really getting the benefits. It does not matter if you are doing cardio, weight lifting, or yoga; all of these things are going to be bad for your body.
Its because most people don’t really believe that they can do these things and they don’t really want to. If you are thinking about going to the gym, just getting started, and it will not help you then you are going to be in a lot of trouble. There are a lot of gym members that don’t even start or stop at the gym. You need to think about it like this.
It turns out that it is hard enough to get the results you want from being an athlete and all of these things that are associated with it. You know you need to exercise, but you just dont feel like it.
