I have been taking my vitamins for almost twenty years now. I’ve been on a number of different vitamin supplements over that time but I have to admit that I am a huge fan of the whole Vitamin C thing. It has turned my skin a much fairer color, and for me, a much better match with the rest of my body.

I was a big fan of my vitamins before I started taking them. I had a very long list of supplements I take, and was always buying new vitamins because I found I lost my taste for certain vitamins over time.
