So I’ve recently become a fan of the pull workout. I’ve used it a few times over the past few months, and I’ve been quite happy with how it has worked for me. I’ve found that it helps me get stronger and more explosive in the gym and I’ve seen it to be quite effective for improving upper body strength.

I think the pull workout is great for strengthening the abdominal muscles but not so great for developing chest and shoulders.
