I dont know if the “you dont have to eat a balanced diet” one is true, but if its not, then it’s pretty obvious. But I will say this: I am a big fan of diet books and I read one of them at least twice a day with breakfast, lunch, and dinner in between.
I also think that the fact that youre making a conscious effort to eat a balanced diet is another proof that youre exercising. Yes, the fact that your stomach is bigger than ever makes you look hasty, but it also means that youre using your abdominal muscles to keep you moving.

While I don’t think eating like this is healthy, when I have the option of eating the least amount of food I can, I will. And it is a good thing.
