The exercise is the brain vs body connection. It’s an exercise in which the brain is getting used to performing an action that it has never done before. It’s like when you’re on a dance class and you have to learn the steps and do them slowly and carefully, or when you’re at a soccer game and you have to learn the moves and do them the right way.

The reason that I am posting this is because I have been on an absolutely killing row and I was wondering if anyone knew why. I can safely say that I did it because it wasnt fun and it wasnt my strong point. It also took me a couple of minutes to get used to doing.

I have been on this row since day one and I have been kind of a no-no because it was my first time on it. I am just trying to be interesting because I can’t be a stranger right now. I have had a few moments just like this, but I am still trying to be interesting.
