It’s important to realize that we are on a very thin line when it comes to what we want to do. In order to do the opposite of what we want to do, we must first do the opposite of what we want to do. What you want to do is what you must do.
For example, I want to lift weights and run fast. To go from that to doing the opposite of that is what I must do, because my body is the same as I was when I was lifting weights and running and everything else. If I change my body, I will be doing the opposite of what I want to do. If I do the opposite of what I want to do, then I will be doing the opposite of what I want to do.
One of the many things that makes the human body unique is that it can change very quickly. Sometimes the body will change in a matter of minutes, sometimes it will take hours. These changes can be very jarring for a person, whether they’re in “resting” mode or in active mode. And that’s why we need to understand the different levels of self-awareness so that we can be aware of these changes and do the right things when they happen.
