I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone do an actual sumo squat. There is no such thing as sumo, as everyone is different. Some people are born to the sport and others become it naturally. However, there is no denying that this is a move so hard it can cause injury if not done properly. I am not here to judge those who have gone through this or those who are interested in doing it again.
