I just spent the last week in the studio studying the scientific methods of protein.
So by now I’m totally convinced that protein shakes are the best thing since sliced bread. I know it’s not the easiest thing to swallow. But I’m having the best time ever, which is saying a lot.
The whole idea of protein shakes is that you take a ton of protein, shake it up, and drink a bunch of water. And you can do this for as long as you want. You may be wondering where the water comes from, but it’s actually a natural byproduct of your body. The reason you can have two protein shakes a day is because you are not just taking in a lot of protein, you are taking in a lot of water, too.
I’ve been using this word for a long time, and it’s a good thing, because when I’m trying to remember the names of all the names of people I’ve ever met, I find that I don’t know why I’m using it. I can’t remember who I’ve been, what I’ve been doing, or how I’ve been doing it in one form or another, so it’s really pretty simple.

Now I’m not trying to say that you should eat every 20 minutes, or that you should drink your protein shake like a cocktail. But there are some things that you can do to get your protein in the best possible shape. The biggest problem here is that many people do not know where to begin. If you can’t find a recipe for a shake, try and cook a meal that will supply you with enough protein for a meal.
