I’m all for working out. It’s a good way to improve your fitness level. But, I’m also all for having a good time. So what if I don’t lift weights? The problem is, when you don’t lift weights, you’re not exercising. And the problem with not exercising is that you don’t really have any fun.

Well, what does it matter what I do? I’m alive. I get to live. I dont get to do what I want. I dont get to have fun. Im not going to start an argument about this.

But the problem with not exercising is that you don’t have any fun. You just sit there with your arms crossed and your chin resting on your hands and try to force yourself to do something that you’re not capable of doing. That’s not how exercise is supposed to be. In fact, it’s not fun. Exercise is supposed to be fun. It’s supposed to be a time of escape, relaxation, and enjoyment. That’s why you do it.

The problem with going to the gym is that youre not going to have fun. And that doesnt seem to have much to do with exercise itself. I read a book the other day that was by a friend of mine that said exercise is basically just a way of killing yourself physically. But that seems to be a bunch of hooey. I mean, you can do that without exercising, right? But that doesnt mean it has to be unpleasant.

When I was in the middle of my summer school graduation, my mother was going to the gym and she was out of it. But her mom and I were so excited we got up to walk down the beach to the gym.

I don’t know why, but I can’t really remember. I suppose I just happened to be on the wrong side of the fence. But I can remember thinking I had to stand on the wrong side of the fence. I mean, you could probably walk down a few feet from the fence to the sidewalk, and you could probably run from the building to the sidewalk and back. That’s what I remember.

You can do much more than decline. You can move your feet about. You can lean back. You can squat. You can hold your knees apart. You can do a variety of different exercises. You can do them all in your own unique way. One of the things that makes me feel so proud of my own strength is that I don’t need to rely on a machine to help me do something. I can do it myself.

And if you are a man, and you don’t have the strength to do this at all, then you can easily fall over, or get caught in the fence, or get hit in the face with a rock and fall to the sidewalk, or hit your head on the sidewalk or something and you can’t move.
