When youre not in a fight your body is working to bring in fat, energy, and food so youre burning fat and getting more energy, so when youre not in a fight it’s like youre fighting against your own body.
This is where the problem lies. Creatine is used in the body to build energy. It gets built slowly over time but it eventually turns into creatine phosphate. Creatine is a key component of the creatine-to-phosphorus pathway. When you have a low level of creatine, you will see an increase in your level of phosphorous. When you have a high level of creatine, you will see an increase in your level of phosphorous.
