This dumbbell flye stands is one of my favorite exercises, and a great way to incorporate strength training, cardio, and core strength into your workout routine. You can get a great workout and a great look doing this exercise.

The whole routine can be broken into two parts. The first is where you sit. You should be about 20-25% full of your bodyweight in the standing position, and your upper body should be at eye level.

The second part is where you use dumbbells. You should be holding a dumbbell in each hand above your head, with your hands in front of you, with your elbows bent at your sides. Your wrists should be parallel, and your elbows should be bent all the way.

This is a great workout because you have to use your full bodyweight. This is the same idea, but you don’t have to hold up a dumbbell. You can hold up the dumbbell and swing it overhead, and it’ll work as a single exercise, or if you have heavy weights you can do it with weights.

The dumbbell flyes are a little intimidating but the good news is that they’re easy if you use the proper form. Just keep the elbows bent and the wrists together. The weight should be a couple of pounds or so above your head. That way you wont have to touch your arms or wrists.

I like the idea of dumbbell flyes because theyre also great for the beginner. It doesnt matter how much weight you have on the dumbbell, theyll still work well enough for most people. As long as you keep your wrists and elbows pointed up at a 90 degree angle, youll be fine. The key is to hold the dumbbell at the same height as your wrists. This is because the dumbbell will bend down automatically if you let go of the dumbbell.
