I would say that the main thing that people don’t have to do in everyday life is to jog, not to put up with them. I’ll have to say that, after a while, we might as well just start playing with our bodies.
You know, I just read this article on the subject, and I absolutely believe that it’s very important to get your heart rate up, jog every day, and keep your muscles relaxed. I think that it’s a lot easier to do this if youre not sitting at a desk, which I happen to be, but I don’t know if I’ve ever heard of someone not doing this.
For me, I like to do some exercise, but I like to do it a lot more when I know Ive got a long commute ahead so I have to get outside and start walking. I have tried to do that, but I always end up sitting at a desk and feeling guilty.
