Our best move for the week was to go to the park and do a bit of cardio. We started off with a few jogging laps around the track. Then we put on some tennis shoes and walked out onto the court. Once we were warmed up, we used the machine to do a few presses followed by a few squats. Next we moved onto doing some upper body exercises such as dumbbell pushups.
The cardio machine was easy enough to get in. It was just a standard tread-milling machine, but it was a good one. The only problem with the machine was that it wasn’t very sturdy. It was one of those things that will easily snap if you lean too far forward. But it wasn’t too hard to fix. Once we got the machine in, we just had to lean back and it would do the work for us.
Not much of a workout. We were only doing the exercises that the machine would do for us. For some reason, it seemed like it was a bit slow on the squats. Not sure if it was because we were doing a lot of pushups, squats, or both. Either way, we stuck to the same routine.
If you don’t have the machine, you can get one for about $30. It’s a good idea to get one. You can use it to do some of the same exercises it does for you, but it takes a little longer to master. The machine is also a great way to get a workout if you have a flat tire or if you’re getting ready to go to the gym.
