In a previous article we discussed how to get a glute bridge while your body is bent over. That’s one way to achieve it. A better approach is to do it while you’re standing up. If you do that, your body will be bent over and you will have to bend over a bit more than usual when you try to reach for something. I don’t think it’s a bad idea.
