Even though I can’t seem to keep up with what my body needs, I still exercise because I find it helps me to stay healthy. So it is with this blog post. It is the first in a series and will discuss how I’ve been eating and training for the past 6 weeks. I will also be giving you my 5 favorite metabolic workout routines for men that get the best results from working out.
You can definitely lose weight and look good by following a metabolic workout routine. What I’m really interested in is how you can lose the amount of weight you are currently gaining. The more I’m eating, the more I’m getting bigger. So, in order to get the most impressive body, I first need to get out of my current eating habits.
You’re probably thinking, “Why do I have to eat in order to lose weight? If I eat all of my calories, I’ll gain weight!” That’s not really true, although sometimes you do have to make a change in order to change it. When you’re working out, you want to keep your calories low, but you have to keep your intensity high so that you don’t get too hungry. If you skip a workout, you will end up dropping a few pounds and you’ll look unkempt and sore.
