Protein bars are basically the same thing as ice cream. They are basically just a smaller bar. They are made with natural ingredients, but they are typically made with things like whey, casein, and/or egg whites.
The thing that makes protein bars different is that they are 100% vegan. Now, I realize that in the past this type of product was mostly made with artificial sweeteners and sometimes even eggs in some products, but that’s not the case in 2019. In fact, the vegan protein bars are actually made with real, natural ingredients, like whey, casein, and egg whites.
The most basic, functional protein bar from every brand seems to be this one. Like the one from the supermarket, it’s made with a few vitamins, but it’s still made with a few sweeteners. Although it’s not as powerful as the one from the diet, it’s still easy to make and feel. As a result, you can easily make it into a meal and get a nice breakfast or dinner.
As a vegan, I find the vegan protein bars to be a great way to get my protein in without any artificial sweetness. Although I was never really one for the artificial sweeteners, I am definitely a fan of their taste on food. The vegan protein bars are a fantastic way to get your protein without artificial sweeteners.

As you may have noticed, I don’t really like using the word “vegan” to refer to myself or anyone else in this blog. It’s a little bit pretentious for me to call myself a vegan, but I think it’s a valid term to label myself. I eat all kinds of animal products, but I don’t have a hard time with the term “vegan”, just like I don’t mind calling myself a vegetarian.
That said, I’ve not exactly been a vegan for the past 20 years, so I know what a vegan is. Like many, I’m not particularly fond of the word, but I agree that artificial sweeteners are evil. The problem is that this is what makes these sweeteners feel so amazing, but then we end up eating candy that’s been processed in a way that adds salt or artificial flavoring.
The problem with artificial sweeteners is that they get in the way of food processing and the taste of sugar. Most artificial sweeteners have also been linked to weight gain, blood sugar levels, and cancer. Just remember that if you eat sugar and then eat a meat product, you are still eating sugar.
All of the bad stuff can be avoided by eating real food. The problem is that you have to eat real food with real food, so artificial sweeteners are just an extra on top of the real food. Instead of looking to artificial sweeteners as a solution to the issue of artificial sweeteners, we should look at the other side of the argument.
The fact of the matter is that artificial sweeteners are not a bad thing. In fact, the more artificial sweeteners out there the better. What they do is artificially sweeten a lot of the things that get artificial sweeteners. These additives are often called “natural” sweeteners, but they are just sweeteners that aren’t as artificial as their chemically derived counterparts.
