This is one of my favorite ways to keep your mind flexible in the middle of a busy day. Just take a deep breath and push through a thought or reaction that you might regret later. Doing so will help you relax and focus your mind on something more important.
I love talking with friends about what to do in my day, and a great way to do it is by doing something that will make you look ridiculous. So I decided to do a shrug exercise.
