In this video, I teach you the basics of standing dumbell row. This is a simple technique that can help you improve your standing posture, increase your flexibility, improve your core strength, and even improve your balance.
The idea is to push your heels to the outside of your knees and then extend your arms and pull your shoulders back, which will create a powerful push-up position. If you’re a beginner, it may sound like a complicated trick, but it’s actually quite simple. You will notice that when I tell you to push your heels to the outside of your knees, you will start to feel resistance in your feet.
This is a simple trick that can be used to increase your flexibility, core strength, and balance. You will also notice that I say “start to feel resistance” but this is not a bad thing because you will feel resistance, rather than resistance feeling like resistance.
When we say start to feel resistance, we mean start to feel what you want to feel. If you feel like you want your toes to be pointed outward and your knees bent, then you will start to feel resistance. If you don’t want to bend your knees and your feet are pointing outward, then you will start to feel resistance.
I am not going to talk about feeling resistance because I think it’s a distraction to having a mental checklist of “feel what you want”. I guess you can start to feel resistance by feeling the resistance. But really the only time you should feel like resistance is when you feel like you want something to happen, and that’s exactly when you start to feel resistance.
In standing dumbell row you feel like you want to bend your knees and your feet are pointing outward. You want to feel resistance. But that resistance will only be felt when you want something to happen. That’s when you start to feel resistance.
Standing dumbell row is a very old game, but it’s a good one because it’s very intense movement against an opponent. Because it’s very intense, it may feel as if you’re moving too slowly. Because of this it’s actually difficult to get a feel for how fast you’re moving. Standing dumbell row is probably the most difficult dance move of any game in the series, but it’s also one of the most challenging.
Its a very fun game, but its a very easy game to get stuck with. Its very difficult to dance after doing it, but you can also get stuck with it. Because it’s very intense, you’ll probably find that you’re a little dizzy after a few rounds, a little slow, and a little sweaty.
After a few rounds youll be able to dance without getting dizzy, get sweaty, and get a little slower. But it doesnt mean youre a bad dancer. In fact, i say its a good dancer.
