I’m pretty lazy too. But when it comes to lifting weights, I don’t really care that much. For me, I just want to move pretty heavy things, and I want to feel my strength and power and get really strong. I’m not a machine. I don’t have a brain, but I do have a body.

In terms of strength training, the strongest way to get stronger is to lift heavy weights, so if you are not a strong guy, or you are a guy that doesnt like lifting heavy weights, then you may not want to do this.I would say that for a guy who is really strong, I would suggest this for them. It makes them more comfortable with their body and they dont feel the need to do it every day.
I dont know about you guys, but im not as strong as I used to be. In my day, I would lift heavy weights about 6 times a week and do a lot of cardio. As I get older, I havent been lifting that heavy and I tend to do more of it now. So if you dont like lifting heavy weights, then you shouldnt lift heavy weights.
I think that if you do not want to do it for so long, you should start with stronger weights and then slowly build up to it. This means that if you are a guy who has the type of weight that you want to lift, then you should probably get stronger as a guy. This is the thing that’s weird about most of the time when people go to work. To really show the strength of a man, you have to have the strength to stand on his feet.
