We have a few different opinions as to when is the best time to take conjugated linoleic acid. Some people agree that they can take it earlier in the day, others choose a late afternoon, while most people agree that it’s best to take it before bedtime.

We talked to a lot of people around the country about this because our research suggested that in the Northeast, the best time to take conjugated linoleic acid is after noon. People in the South and Midwest take it after bedtime, and people in the West take it early in the day.

To figure out what the best time to take conjugated linoleic acid is, we went back through the data collected by our survey and conducted a survey of our subjects who use conjugated linoleic acid.
