you’ll get a lot of comments about your body being “stuffed” or looking “fatter” after an exercise session, but that’s not really true. Most of the time, your body will settle down after you exercise and it will look much more “normal” and more “fit.
So we’re not saying that you should get a bunch of extra weight, its just that a little extra weight will make you look more normal. I’m not suggesting you go out and lift a ton of weight, but if you want to look like a supermodel or a bodybuilder, some extra fat will do the trick.
A lot of women gain weight after working out and most of them are more concerned with looking good then losing the weight.
It’s like when you go to a restaurant or a gym and you see all these women and they are all eating huge plates of food, they are all on the scale at the same time, and it seems like they are all eating the exact same calorie content. If you were a man who was eating that same food, you would never notice the difference because you would be eating that food and not caring about the scale.
The same holds true for most people who go to an exercise studio. The more you work out, the more you get used to it, the more you think about it, and the more you enjoy it. The only reason we don’t see any of those women who are eating huge plates of food, is because we have been conditioned to believe that if we are working out in the first place then we must eat the same number of calories as everyone else.
The problem is that we’ve been taught that we have to act the same way. We’ve been conditioned to believe that we have to eat the same amount of food as everyone else. This is a fallacy because we don’t eat the same amount of food as everyone else. Our bodies are different. We don’t eat the same number of calories as everyone else. Our bodies are different. Our hormones are different. Our levels of activity are different.
In other words, every body is different. From fat to thin to thinning, everyone is different. To some this is no problem at all. To others it might make them feel sick. To some people it might make them feel fat. To others it might make them feel skinny. To some it might even make them feel good. This is why fat people say they dont feel so bad since theyre not the same person anymore.
In reality we are all variations of the same person, but instead of feeling the difference between fat and thin, fat people are more of a big fat person. And people who look like big fat people are more likely to look at certain foods like pizza or a pizza chef, but for fat people, it may be anything and everything in the world.
I’m a big fat man and the only reason I eat pizza is because the pizza chef is fat. I mean I like pizza, but it just so happens that I have a massive appetite for pizza. As an exercise and diet enthusiast, I’ve known for many years that I had a lot bigger issues than my weight.
The thing is, we often think of fat people as being just like other people. They have the same basic problems as everybody else. They might have the same body proportions, they might have the same amount of health issues, etc. But the problem is, if you look at those people and compare them to the rest of the population, they are not the same. People with a lot of muscle and people who look as though they are in their late 30’s are very different.
