your workout maybe nonresponder

I think we all know that we can’t control the things that are outside of our control, but that doesn’t mean we can’t strive to create our own. For instance, I love to work out and try to exercise for at least one hour once a day. However, I don’t always have the energy to exercise. For me, I would do more if I wanted to get a decent workout, but I also don’t want to push myself beyond what I can handle.

So it turns out, I can make it harder for myself. As a commenter above said, if I can workout to the point where I have a decent workout, I can make it harder for myself. My friend and I were talking the other day about this and he said if you exercise to the point where you have a decent workout, you can make it harder for yourself.

I find this interesting. I know when I do a long hard workout, I feel awesome and I can do more. But in my experience, the same happens when I workout too much. I always end up feeling like a big fat blob when I try to exercise anymore. I can’t help it.

I can’t believe that I’ve been saying this for over a year. I have a decent workout, I workout a lot. But I also exercise very little. I never exercised until I got married, and I never exercised before I had kids, but after those first two years of working out, I hardly ever exercised again.

Exercise can be a habit if you use it to your full ability. But if you use it to the point that you never do anything else, then it can become a habit. And that habit can be hard to break.
